- Why is delivery between 1-3 days?
The biggest contributor to how long your video takes to produce depends on how many photographs are in the theme you have chosen.
Our process allows ample time for thorough inspection and quality assurance checks of your photos, any necessary photo editing, and precise arrangement to ensure a cohesive and poignant tribute. Also factored into our delivery time is the actual rendering of the final video, including the multiple resolutions we provide you with.
Rest assured though—getting your tribute video sent to you quickly is our top priority, and we will do everything that we can to ensure a timely delivery.

Once you’ve chosen the tribute video theme you would like to purchase, simply follow these steps to complete your order:
- Submit the form: Start by filling out and submitting the form on the specific theme’s page that you wish to purchase. Provide all the required information, such as your name, email address, etc. Please note that “time requested by” should be within a window of reasonable expectation considering the process involved, which includes completing payment, uploading photos, and allowing 1-3 business days for production and delivery.
- Receive email instructions: Once your form submission is received, you will receive an email from us outlining the next steps. This email will include a link and instructions on how to upload your photos for the video creation process as well as how to pay online.
- Upload your photos: Follow the instructions provided in the email to upload your photos. It is recommended that you have all your photos ready to go, and upload all at the same time. This step ensures that we have the necessary content to create your personalized video.
- Pay via PayPal: In the same email, you will find a link to pay via PayPal. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal’s secure payment gateway. Simply click on the provided link and follow the prompts to complete the payment process. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Rest assured that your photos and personal information will be handled with the utmost care and respect. Your photos are never shared or used for any purpose other than creating your video. After completing your video, we delete all of your photos within 30 days from our hard drives. We keep the build of your video for 30 days in case of any unforeseen emergency, but if you would rather us delete your files sooner or immediately, just let us know and we’ll follow through with your wishes. Additionally, we ensure secure payment processing through trusted platforms like PayPal.

This additional margin allows for any unforeseen issues that may arise with specific images, such as incorrect format, low resolution, or poor image quality.
- What are your photo requirements?
We recommend providing high-resolution digital scans of your photographs for the best results. This can be achieved with your own digital scanner, or through a professional local scanning service.
Regarding minimum requirements, images should be saved with a resolution of 300 DPI and in the RGB color space. We recommend using the JPEG file format as it offers high compression without compromising quality, ensuring your images retain their clarity and detail.
Images should ideally have a dimension of at least 1920 x 1080 pixels, ensuring optimal quality and clarity. This means that either the length of a horizontal image should be a minimum of 1920 pixels, or the height of a vertical image should be at least 1080 pixels.
